These are just the internal errors on the measurements, and don't have
anything to do with their adjustment to a standard system.
Do note that Bill Gray has done a plate-by-plate adjustment of the
GSC magnitudes to the nearest relevant BVR passband depending on the flavor
of plate involved. The offsets are listed at his Web site. So local
zero-points are already computed for the whole sky for the GSC.
