Easy thing to modify. Since PIXY is written in Java and the source code
is available, you have only to hack a bit and insert a few rejection code
before PIXY finally output the data. Since your CCD size is fixed, you
can customize the parameters easily.
You have to recompile the modified file only; this is one of the
advantages of Java.
