Does someone know why I get this error message from the GCPD website?
I tried from several servers and I get the same message:

Forbidden
You don't have permission to access /gcpd/indexform.html on this server.
Apache/1.3.20 Server at obswww.unige.ch Port 80

Any help would be appreciated.
Or is it that the GCPD is no longer publicly available?
