Hello,
I have been sending variable star information to the AAVSO and VSNET. I usually
use PCObs to convert from AAVSO to VSNET format. But now I want to add over 500
CCD image data points and don't feel like typing it all in on PCObs. I used the
Batch file upload from AAVSO to send it to them, but what would be the best way
to get it to VSNET.
I tried to get it proper in Excel, but can't seem to get the right date format.
Any help would be appreciated.

Arno:
You can go into WebObs and extract your measurements. There is a feature that allows you to display all your previous submissions. They are properly formatted. Cut and Paste the observations into a text file. Use the standard header from a previously developed PCObs file. Combine the header and the WebObs output. Now take the new file you have created and run the conversion from AAVSO to VSNET in PCObs. This will generate your VSNET file from the AAVSO file. Don't forget to add a V or the appropriate filter designator behind the magnitude estimate.
