Yes, MisV1181, as reported to vsnet-chat on 6 November; at
R.A. = 22h58m09s.12, Decl. = +66o21'12".4 (equinox 2000.0)
It reached a maximum around V=13, but the report is
over a year old. The current brightness is about 20.
