In [vsnet-campaign 1333] VSNET Weekly Campaign Summary on Aug. 27:

New bright comet C/2002 O4 ( Hoenig ) has just passed by V425 Cas on
Aug. 3.

2002 Aug.  3   0h UT  0.307 deg ( 18.4 arcmin)
  C/2002 O4 ( Hoenig )		23h05m.8  +53o21'  10.0 mag
  V425 Cas (NL)			23h03m.8  +53o17'  14.5-18.0 mag
