Is the V minus GSC difference is a systematic one for stars of that
color? V photometry by Ouda of three CI Cam comparison stars is 0.28
± 0.14 (sd) magnitude brighter than the GSC magnitude, with a not
unexpectedly strong dependence on color. B-V for the Ouda stars runs
from +0.50 to +1.59.
