Taichi,

As in the Delta Sco case. I don't think that Northern observer can
make good estimates of this star. The reason is comparisions.
Of course we have Alpha, Delta Oph or even Cyg stars but DSco is
always poor placed.

In this case. This is a problem not only in the variable star visual
astronomy. It is problematic case also in comets visual observing.
But, I'm too busy to spent time checkin estimates from others...
I think it is a physological aspect which never can be exclude. :(
