[vsnet-chat 5078] new field photometry names

I've changed the names of two field photometry files
based on recent designations from Samus:
rxj0459.dat -> v1208tau.dat
nmon02.dat -> v838mon.dat
Note that the v838mon.dat file has UBVRI photometry with
~0.01mag accuracy; the magnitude/colors in this file
should be used for CCD observations of this variable
rather than the 0.1mag rounded values on the AAVSO chart.
