    Well, the discussion has been getting increasingly off topic from
variable star matters, a new list is created (as many of you would hope).

   1) Don't continue on "new lists" or "multiple posts" matters
      on vsnet-chat.  These posts to vsnet-chat are PROHIBITED.
      Use vsnet-chat on scientific discussions on variable star matters.

   2) "New lists" or "multiple posts" matters should be discussed in
      the new list vsnet-chat-new-lists.

   3) The initial members of vsnet-chat-new-lists is the same as vsnet-chat.
      Usual subscription/unsubscription procedure applies.

   4) For simple complaints, use the *existing* vsnet-complaints list.
      Anyone can subscribe to this list.
