   Owing to the immediate (as is often the case with Japanese ministry..)
schedule of complete renewal of the network systems in the campus, we have
stopped regular update on web archives.  They are stored in other place,
and will become (I hope) available after the renewal is complete.

   However, owing to the limit of the disk space, vsnet-recent-*,
vsnet-mira-*, vsnet-constel-* will not be provided via the web interface;
they are only available to subscribers to the corresponding lists.
