This morning I got my first look at Omega CMa since May. And it's mag
3.7 - half a magnitude brighter than usual:
CMAOmega 20011020.755 3.7
I would have thought a bright GCAS going off like this would have been
spotted earlier (even though it's in the morning sky).
Or is this an old topic in one of the twelve million VSNET lists I'm
not subscribed to?
