I suspect that the point is that 18:56 UT = 0.7889 and 18:57 UT = 0.7896
Therefore 0.790 = 18:56 + 34.3 seconds. Which is an unlikely level of
precision.
By the same token 0.792 = 19:00 + 25.7 seconds. An equally unlikely level
precision.
I can see where this is going, and let's not.
