[vsnet-chat 4605] New Name List number 76 with Guide 7

The data table for newly released Name List 76 can be downloaded from
http://vsnet.konkoly.hu/pub/ibvs/5101/5135-t1.txt

Download that file to your Guide 7 directory, then cut and paste the
following into a text editor.  The ! characters at start and end of line
are to enable you to see if word wrap has occurred on e-transferal.  If so,
fix wraps and then remove the ! characters, global search and replace will
do this.

Save it to a file known as nl76.tdf in your Guide 7 directory/folder.  It
will default to on under toggled user datasets for fields less than twelve
degrees width, being named "76th Name List" in the user datasets dialogue
list, and with the objects themselves being plotted as labelled stars to
max mag.  Goto tdf will work.

Not rigorously tested for obscure cases as yet, but goto, help and more
info all worked well enough with DY Crucis
