Yes, there are large amounts of Arne's data excerpted into the file.
Usually I include only fields with at least two nights of data, so not
every sequence is included. I have not added Henden data in some months,
but not many fields are missing. I do add any reasonable sequence found
in the literature, subject to vetting to the extent possible short of
making new observations. The biblio list is at:
http://ftp.lowell.edu/pub/bas/starcats/loneos.ref
...where you can see that many recent papers are included.
