[vsnet-chat 4439] Comp stars near NGC 2608

Here are some photometric reference stars in the field of NGC 2608.
Comparing these with GSC shows that the GSC is systematically close to V in
this area (+/- 0.1 mag. or so), and that USNO-A2.0 'mr' magnitudes are also
fairly close to standard R. USNO-A2.0 'mb' are too bright by several tenths.
(As usual, these comments do not apply to USNO-A1.0.) Be sure to use several
such stars to make your magnitude zero-point adjustment.
The two stars with asterisks by their V magnitudes were observed on
several nights by Landolt, and constitute secondary BVRI standards.
