SIMBAD reckons 'HBH' are radio sources from 'Hanbury Brown' [an incredibly
British sounding name ;)]

The emission star catalogue I archive on my hard disk is by Herbig et al
[natch], and it claims HAEBE for its acronym, which is fair enough, cos
their Herbig Ae and Be stars... ...that is, if these are the sort of
emission stars you're on about. Of course, just to make things confusing,
the SIMBAD dictionary doesn't recognise this acronym, although it is the
acronym given in the catalogue of catalogues [cats.all]!

If your talking Orion type emission stars it apparently should be 'HBC'

Cheers
