The position difference between USNO-A2.0 and 2MASS suggests the
proper motion is neglgible. The 2MASS J-K color (~0.7) is consistent with
a gardne-variety K0 giant, and given the small motion, this is probably
just what it is. There _are_ chromospherically-active giants, too!
