At the other end of the education spectrum, in the late 70's-- when I was
observing whenever it was fine--I was teaching at a small rural one teacher
school. At 8:45am one morning (school starts at 9am) there was a knock on the
door. "Please sir," came a voice, "can we have the key to open the school."
Someone had slept in!
