yep, it's a GSC / Tycho error of omission, reflected by all software using
said, and therefore not a problem inherent to the software.

If I remember rightly, the relevant zone number is used, but you'll
probably find that the GSC has less than 1136 stars listed in this zone.

That is, I believe Tycho 2 uses GSC naming conventions, tallying objects
new to Tycho 2 with a number _after_ the last GSC object number for that
zone, etc.
