[vsnet-chat 4118] to delete all of the Mis observations

Dear colleagues,

As I wrote in the MISAO Project Announce Mail (February  7, 2001)
"MISAO Project with PIXY System 2 starts", I will delete all of the
observations by "Mis" reported to the vsnet-obs and vsnet-newvar, then 
will report the improved magnitude data after that.

But the number of the data to be deleted is nearly 50 thousand. So I
guess it will cause some troubles if I send the delete command in one
e-mail.

My idea is:

  I will split the 50 thousand data into 100 mails. I send 3 mails
  containing delete command to vsnet-obs every day. After about one
  month passes, all of the data are deleted. Then I will start to
  report the improved magnitude.

There is one exception. If we discover new variable stars within the
one month, I will report the magnitude to vsnet-newvar.
