This object, originally selected as a faint blue object by Usher, was
selected as a possible variable because it was recorded very bright on GSC.
The identifications follow:
GSC4699.613 024810.50 -012627.7 (2000.0) 14.69 0
USNO0825.00653188 024810.516 -012628.02 (2000.0) 13.6 15.3
2MASS 024810.552 -012629.07 (2000.0) 12.990 12.702 12.650
(The precessed J2000.0 coordinates of the original position are
024810.5 -012629)
The B-magnitude in the original paper was 19.8.
The object was proposed as a possible QSO, but recorded here for
possible future monitoring or clarification of the variability(?).
