Hipparcos Epoch Photometry [ie magnitudes in Hp and dates truncated BJD]
follows:
The Tycho1 catalogue will contain a flag of either A or B if Tycho BT and
VT epoch photometry is available, which could be more useful. Annex A data
comes with the Tycho1 CD set, whilst Annex B data has to be requested via
the CDS Strasbourg.
meanwhile, what's B0 bright giant doing with a B-V of 0.53 (according to
Buscombe)?????? Probably a catalogue error with a missing zero, as the b-y
is -0.06 and the other mentioned B-V value -0.17.
