   Speaking of vsnet-recent-*, the objects are selected according to their
types.  In case of combined types, they can be sent to more than one
sub-lists.

   I rather suspect you wanted to mean "why the outburst announcement
was made in vsnet-outburst and vsnet-ip" ??
