[vsnet-chat 3750] delta vel - correction to previouus obs

Sebastian has pointed out to me that the magnitudes I have been using for
comparison stars for delta vel are incorrect.
When i use the coorrected values I get figures that are in line with what
would be expected.
They are
20001104 1.94V
20001105 1.96V
20001106 1.95V
So it seems that it is well behaved!! We look forwrd to clear skies on nov
21st.
