[vsnet-chat 3573] updated V446 Her photometry file

I've updated the V446 Her field photometry file:
http://ftp.nofs.navy.mil/pub/outgoing/aah/sequence/v446her.dat
to include two nights of BVRI photometry.  This should
help those involved in the ongoing vsnet campaign.
Note that all stars brighter than V=13 are saturated
and should be used with care; those brighter than V=13.5
have R&I saturated as well.
  I have two nights with deeper BVRI photometry to disentangle
the tight cluster surrounding this variable, and will report
the psf magnitudes for these stars later in the week.
