USNO blue - red colour is 0, so this looks like an error.

Using the Aladin server it is faint on POSSII red plate, with no object
evident at this position on 2MASS images, but bright on POSSII blue
plates. Such apparent blueness seems to tally with RASS-FSC ID an'all.

Meanwhile, all the 1993 plates that show this object as being brighter
are IIIaJ plates using a RG 385-2 filter.

As the object also looks brighter than usual in the 1992 IIIaJ plate
with GG 385-2 filter, somebody who knows what they're on about should
look into this.

That is, is it brighter in 1993, or is it just a consequence of
different filter and plate set.

I personally am getting more and more confused by the USNOFs server, as
no matter whether you select red or blue plates, you always receive the
same lot of images.
