    Upon recent communications about "new maillists" thread, which are more
or less far from usual variable star scientific topics, I have created
another special list "vsnet-complaints" for this discussion purpose.
Please feel free to post compaints to this list, but not to other lists.
(Anyone on VSNET can post to this list without subscribing to the special
list).  No one other than the VSNET administrator members are automatically
subscribed to this list :-), though anyone can make subscriptions as in
other VSNET lists.  Posted articles will be reflected on the WWW as usual.
