Re HadV62 in Tycho2:

Actually, the Tycho2 scatter for this object is surprisingly small even
if only considered on the level of its brightness [faintness] and its
proximity to the 8th mag star.  This latter didn't permit an astrometric
solution, for example.

In other words, faint but quite constant stars can have larger scatter
in Tycho2 than this object appears to have!!

Must be instrumental/procedural effects...
