No visual observations have been reported for this bright, potentially
interesting variable star.

011020.1 +623039 (2000.0) 946Vw 1.94 TYC4034.821.1 plx=-3.0(15.4) (0.02 0.11)
011020.1 +623039 (2000.0) 944 1.94 TYC2-4034.821.1 (9.65 0.02) (11.93 0.08)
The GCVS lists it as a possible long-period (P > 3500d?) eclipsing
binary. The spectrum is consistent with the possible VV Cep or zeta Aur
type binary (or even symbiotic).
