There is an USNO A2.0 star at J2000 position 13h26m02.4" +60d12'00" with blue mag 16.5 and red mag 15.1. This is within 6" arcsec of NSV 6246's catalogue position, and there is no other object in USNO A2.0 for at least 20". The RASS-BSC position is also within 6" of this. ALSO at J2000 position 13h26m02.3" +60d12'00" is galaxy MIGAL galaxy MIG2662894 of integrated B magnitude 17.6. The identification is considered to be of "fair" quality AND the image is noted as consisting of _2_ objects... ...an interacting galaxy? This/these galaxy/galaxies is/are pretty much centred on the USNO A2.0 object. Interestingly 5 other RASS-BSC and MIGAL galaxy association lie within one degree of this NSV object, including the AGN SBS 1318+605 about 40' West. It seems that this area consists of a sea of Zwicky galaxy clusters [however, I've never been able to figure out how "real" Zwicky's associations are, especially in comparison to Abell's galaxy clusters, which are invariably physical systems]. I'll have a look at survey plates later, using Aladin's SIMBAD hook to see if this a known VV or Arp galaxy or similar. [Incidentally, I'd say that the AF spectrum was a combination of contributions the blended spectrum from the galaxy spiral arms and also for the nucleus, ie A and F respectively, though I suppose you'd usually expect the latter to be G in such cases].
