The Principal Galaxy Catalogue identifies IRAS 19590-1249 as PGC 165834.
However, the PGC is not infallable, and sometimes does wrongly identify
planetary nebulae as face on galaxies and similar: the heliocentric
radial velocity of 155 +/- 60 km/s they quote is not unknown in PN.
Interestingly it is not in their new Million Galaxy Catalogue, which
usually contains revised PGC data as a subset. [It's not in the
Strasbourg-ESO PN cat either].
