According to NED, the position for the QSO is uncertain by less than
an arcsec. There appears to be an appropriately faint star at the correct
place on the DSS. The NED position is from 1998MNRAS.293..257B and is:
20 24 56.5638 +17 18 13.208 (2000); the USNO-A2.0 end-figures are:
56s.54/13".7, but these are perhaps skewed by a companion star ~7"' away.
