Yes, they are very good targets for telescope as small as 10-cm.
I had long been [visually] observing these stars, and in response to
previous discussions on vsnet-chat, I have created web pages on these
variables.

Another very interesting target is M2 V11, for which

For southern observers, NGC 5139 V1 (in omega Centauri) would be an
interesting target.

Other RV Tau-stars and candidates, long-period W Vir stars in M71, M22
etc. are well within reach of moderate telescopes. And for CV enthusiasts,
please don't forget M5 V101.
