[vsnet-chat 2842] Sumner's V1830 Sequence

On some computers, the V1830 Sgr sequence does not show
the minus signs.  I've edited it and placed it on
http://ftp.nofs.navy.mil/pub/outgoing/aah/sequence/sumner/v1830sgr.seq
so that it is in pure ASCII.  The field photometry file
for this object also appears on the anon ftp server under
http://ftp.nofs.navy.mil/pub/outgoing/aah/sequence/v1830sgr.dat
in case anyone wants to look at the remaining 2500 stars.
