[vsnet-chat 2783] XTE J1118+480 sequence and field photometry

I've placed on the anon ftp computer revised versions
of both the Sumner sequence and the .dat field photometry
file for this variable, based on two photometric nights.
The errors are now closer to the truth. I repositioned
the field on the second night to pick up a couple more
comparison stars that are closer in color and magnitude
to the Xray nova, and inserted them into Bruce's sequence.
Note that the field photometry file includes UBVRI
results, not just BV as listed on the sequence.
