After many experiences, I wouldn't trust any USNO conversions in MW starfields...

Kato-san might consider recalibrating the vsnet V1830 Sgr chart using an
adjustment found from Henden's photometry for V4444 Sgr, which is about a
degree due west. How do these compare to 'Kato V' derived from USNO-A1.0?
Some of the brighter stars in the V1830 field might also be in Tycho-2, which
will give a hint as to whether the RASNZ chart has a zero-point problem.
