NSV 2798 = GSC 1325-1771, at 6 03 11.9 +22 03 30 (2000). As far as I
know there is no broadband photometry (BVRI) of any kind in the region of
this star. You might consider using some of the brighter nearby Tycho-2
stars for a reasonable zero-point calibration for B and V. Be sure to
correct the Tycho data to the standard system, and avoid stars with errors
of 0.03 mag. in either B or V. Another option is to use stars in the nearby
open cluster Messier 35 for reference. There is recent UBVI photometry
for the cluster by Sung and Bessell (1999 MNRAS 306,361). Data and charts
for the cluster can be obtained from Jean-Claude Mermilliod's open cluster
database starting at: http://obswww.unige.ch/webda/navigation.html
