Dear Colleagues and Friends,
expert observers have been continuously announcing on the mailing lists managed by the
VSNET team very interestings outburst alert notices. Some of them are very active in this
kind of observations. I was wondering what are the main ideas they take into account to
plan their own work.
It could be very interesting to hear how they organize it, how often they check a
particular target, any particular truck and so on. I understand that many of their
procedures can be "top-secret" :) , but I'm very interested at least about the general
rules.
Many thanks in advance and best wishes to all.
