Dear Peter,
here is a response from the MPC Checker:
Minor-Planet Checker
No known minor planets, brighter than V = 18.0 , were found in the
30-arcminute region around R.A. = 17 46.5, Decl. = -35 22 (J2000.0) on
1999 08 16.50 UT.
