If there is a fixed format of reporting such catalog inconsistencies,
just as in usual reporting variable star estimates, it is relatively easy
to build a browsing system, as we have done in the VSNET data browser.
A similar effort has been paid to compile reported new variable stars
(TmzV etc.) and the list is available from the VSNET ftp.
