Sorry, I misspoke. Robinson and Young gave burst lengths
from 78 seconds to 216 seconds. Earlier in their article
they mention 10mins for another flicker type, and that is
what I copied. My fault! That is why they only have
1-3 data points per burst since their time resolution was
on the order of one minute.
