  Just so this impression doesn't get propogated:  USNO-A2.0 is
available free of charge, including free shipping.  However, USNOFS
pays for all reproduction (and shipment) out of our normal budget,
and Dave Monet takes time out of his busy schedule to package each
order.  Because of this, Dave is rightfully justified in making
sure copies go to people who really need the full catalog.  All you
have to do is write Dave and request the 11 CDROMs, and include
a justification.  See our Web page for details.  Like Brian suggested,
there are several sites that can handle inquiries for specific fields.
