[vsnet-chat 1969] Semiregulars in A&A

A paper published in Astron. & Astrophys. 346,542 by Laszlo Kiss and
collaborators includes very interesting and thorough analysis of visual
lightcurves of 93 semiregular variables. The data were taken from on-line
archives by AFOEV, VSOLJ, Hungarian HAA/VSS, and AAVSO. The paper is
evidently the first of a series. This is an excellent use of the databases,
and hope that htis is a sign of things to come from the amateur observations
collections.
