  Certainly an eclipse is a possibility, but the vsnet-recent observations
of this object show a general fading, in line with my 4 data points.  I'm
inclined to believe it is not an eclipse.  If another couple of BV observations
continued to show the color change, then I'd think it was more along the
lines of the close-binary CV's that we have identified recently.
  Also, regarding the naming of this CV, Berg et. al. designate their
survey as the Large, Bright QSO Survey or LBQS.  Perhaps a better name for
this object would be
  LBQS B1432-0033
