[vsnet-chat 1909] 1432-0033

I've calculated differential magnitudes for this star
on 4 nights of my May run, with the results:

          HJD V B-V verr bverr
990515 51313.7948 15.429 0.052 0.005 0.006
990517 51315.7624 15.392 0.153 0.005 0.006
990518 51316.7688 15.533 0.065 0.004 0.005
990520 51318.8228 16.023 0.425 0.007 0.009

You can see that the star is variable and is fading (this
dataset, plus vsnet-obs).
I'm a little surprised at the reddening of the star on the
last night of observation. It would be useful for someone
to continue monitoring this star in B&V and see if it
continues to get redder as it fades.

There is another variable star in this field, located at:

  218.67955017 -0.78609502 14.460 0.918

I haven't checked GCVS or NSV to see if it is already known.
Here are its magnitudes on the same nights:

51313.7948 14.677 0.863 0.003 0.004
51315.7624 14.275 0.882 0.002 0.004
51316.7688 14.323 0.911 0.002 0.004
51318.8228 14.631 0.976 0.003 0.005
