Nova Sgr 1999 (V4444 Sgr) past t2
Assuming the maximum magnitude of 7.7 on Apr. 27 (Jones -- are these
observations H/T-based?), the nova seems to have passed t2 (two magnitudes
below maximum). Available photometry suggests t2 = 5 d; the nova seems to
be relatively faster than expected from the measured expansion velocity
of 800 km/s.
