[vsnet-chat 1803] Photometric sequence near NGC 3198

Listed below is BV photometry (from an unpublished source) for four stars
close to NGC 3198, which should prove useful no matter what type of variable
the new candidate turns out to be. These are extracted from my large
photometric reference file. In the last column I give R magnitudes derived
directly from the BV data, which should be reliable to within a few hundredths
of a magnitude.
