[vsnet-chat 1759] field photometry

Due to some (correct) complaints, I revised the .dat files for
Z UMi, TW Vir, FBS1719+834 and FBS1735+825. The long/short
exposures for the Z UMi field were properly merged,
and the astrometry on the other three fields was
improved. The new versions can be found at the usual place:
http://ftp.nofs.navy.mil/pub/outgoing/aah/sequence
