Dear Colleagues,
While making a new version of SAI Supernova Catalogue
(see "http://vsnet.sai.msu.su/sn/") we have met a problem.
What are the precise position for SN 1998ey:
1) R.A. = 21h30m00s.56, Decl. = +26o43'24".2 (IAU Circ. 7065)
or
2) R.A. = 21h30m00s.67, Decl. = +26o43'21".4 (IAU Circ. 7080)
00s.72, 21".5
00s.52, 24".5
Difference of about 3" in declination end figures is probably
greater than uncertainties of observations.
Could you somehow help us to fix the problem? It is very important
that an error should not be included in history!
Thank you in advance.
